I ordered a pair of Heelys through their website but it was a very bad experience. I needed them before certain date and did put the request into the order. I only received an automatic mail reply said the order was accepted. I sent an e-mail 2 days later trying to find out when they shipped the goods. No reply at all. I tried to call them and no matter what time it was always answering machine. So I sent another mail to cancel the order, and I still got not reply. The goods finally arrived 2 weeks later since I've ordered them even the delivery address was within England. I had no choice but rejecting the delivery. Now I am still waiting for their reply to solve the problem...
So their next day delivery promise is totally trush!!Rating history and distribution
