• I visited your shop today with my Dad, Alastair MacPherson and I was so very impressed with the welcome from the receptionist I think her name was kathy and the optician. Unfortunately I don't know her name, she is young with long straight dark hair and has or will just turn 30. Her care and attention to my dad was exemplary and as we all knew his eyesight was not good and expected bad news it could not have been delivered with more compassion and thoughtfulness as this young professional woman. I am not eloquent enough to properly word my deep gratitude and thanks for making an old mans hard experience as good as it can be. A huge thank you. Eileen Murphy
