  • 2 star reviewA loyalty card is issued to encourage loyalty! GENT's of Purley loyalty card entails giving a free haircut after 10 haircuts. I have always left my card with GENT for safekeeping and to ensure my haircuts were marked off each time. Recently I tried to "redeem" my free haircut only to be told that I got my haircut free the last time and that they could not find my card. When I insisted I had not and that I was offended that they did not believe me; they still would not budge. I was a very loyal GENT's customer; I no longer am!!Improve by honouring your loyalty card promise.
