• Had my nails done today. They are absolutely vile. I got a full set of acrylics and asked for coffin shape and they are all wonky and not coffin like I’m used to. Booked an appointment and got in half hour later, twice this has happaened. Got told one price on the phone and had them done and was told an additional £5 which I didn’t have on me?! The language barrier is unbelievable. You talk to your nail technician and they can’t understand you and have to fetch someone else to translate. Been twice and never again

• My mum always goes to this salon im not even sure you can call it a salon the staff can hardly speak english so there is an awful language barrier I do think the nails are OK! but the chinese staff should stay in the takeaway

• I do not recommend glamour nails to anyone, the first time i went there they were very rough so I thought id give them a second chance and they were very rude very rushed to get my nails done and get my money, and as soon as i got my nail snapped, i will not be going there again! Shockinf customer service.

• Just after your money the owner can be very rude with no customer facing skills and not good being a cash only business, sometimes nails are done well depends on who you have, the booking system is a joke.

• Decided to try glamour nails, but after just about ten minutes I had to walk out .......the person I spoke to was very rude and not at all helpful, they even got my appointment mixed up . I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

• I have not been to Glamour Nails yet but when I rang, the customer service on the phone was shocking. The employee was not friendly and I could tell she wanted to cut me off as quick as possible. Definitely not going there.

• I always go to Glamour Nails Syston and have always been treated well and nails are fantastic - always pleasant and chatty - I would recommend them to everyone

• cannot agree at all with previous reviews. I have been going to Glamour Nails for quite a long time now and have never, ever been disappointed. The conversation is great, they are attentive and my nails have never been done so well - and I have tried loads of other salons in the past. Customer service is brilliant and the surroundings lovely - far better than other similar salons!I went on one of those days mentioned and I had a lovely set of nails done - and was given a Christmas present!!! You can even park right outside! 5 stars from me.

• Not such a good experience at glamour nails. will not be going there again. all they are interested in is rushing to get ya nails done and taking your money not very good customer service at all

• Glamour nails staff are very rude, i go in there for vouchers that i can only say look like a piece of scrap paper, and when i have had my nails done i felt rushed and all they seem bothered about is your money so i was in there and done in a flash i won't be recommeding glamour nails to anyone or going back untill they learn customer service
