• Once again a big thankyou to globe taxis and Natasha . As a Shared Lives carer i care for a vulnerable young man with learning difficulties approaching my annual leave i was struggling with transport for travel from respite to day services and worried that i would have problems relying on other people Natasha took the time to talk me through the globe app which may i add is wonderful and 100 percent reliable i was able to pre book all my transport and pay by app without relying on other people Natasha spent alot of time with me over the phone getting my needs right and was extremley helpful my two weeks annual leave went without a hiccup and this was down to globe beig on time every morning and evening i will be recommending you to other shared lives carers through our team as i am sure they struggle too Tankyou Natasha for spending time and listening to my concerns and thankyou to the globe taxi drivers who ensured his safety to and from day services staff have informed me your drivers were on time every morning and evening once again you get 5 stars from us

• Car was really old and stunk of wacky backy. No hands free but that didn't stop him. Talked loudly in a foreign language very ignorant, I ended up asking him to stop so I could get out and walk as I was that scared

• Excellent customer service from telephone operators i will definitely use globe more often and i will also recommend to my friends and family ;))
