• Went into the Greenford main post office on the 15.11.22, waiting in the queue to be served. It was approximately 15/20 minutes before getting served. A young lady in front me had asked if she could be served quickly as she needed to get back to work. He replied stating that she should wait her turn and not be so impatient. I challenged him by asking if there was another person available as there were two seats. He said no and started to tell us to wait. The couple turned to him and stated that he could serve us. He was reluctant but had no alternative. I had a passport renewal form( which he could've completed quickly with me). But he had offered no help what so ever. In future I won't attend this post office.
