• Recently bought a car. Bought with a parcel shelf when got home no parcel shelf. My husband had actually seen one of the guys remove a parcel shift whilst his dad was sorting the paper work. Did not realise till we got home that that was actually his dad's car!!!! Terrible theft I calll it. I telephoned to be told they needed it for someone else and would replace it!!!! It is now November bought in August and we are still chasing this item. I joke Avoid this garage, radio has broken and there is a knocking was they said they had also fixed but it is still there. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID........,'

• Very poor after sales. Got some warranty work doneafter car broke down. New part was only 75 pounds but they fitted a second hand part of the wrong model. This part lasted 6 weeks so I fixed it myself. Very poor when you have spent in excess of £10.000 pounds.

• i went to view a car i had seen in the trader i found that most of the cars where in very poor condition and the customer service i got was very poor very abrupt rude and could not care less attitude

• AVOID AVOID AVOID That would be my best advise to every one who even thinks about going to this car garage. For a start i don't think they have had any training on customer service skills and I think the last review hit the nail on the head they just ain't got a clue about car sales or even the cars there selling. I went for a look around and I think one of the sales guys said something on the lines we just sell the car mot them and if any thing happens after tuff luck sold as seen basically. I don't normally write reviews but I felt I needed to air my opinion about this car garage like I say avoid at all cost trust me it will be the best thing you can do theres plenty of cars out there there's a reason why there cheap cars and if I could give then zero stars I would

• Purchased a Kia Sedona from them, from day 1 had problems with clutch, returned it and they fixed it. Several months later gearbox blew up, turned out that when refitting gearbox they damaged an oil seal, refused to accept liability and offered pittance towards the £1,200 bill which handily was from someone they knew, next the steering went, turned out that again when refitting gearbox they damaged the steerign rack bushes, total incompitence, if you buy a car fromt these guys dont expect any customer service or comeback if things go wrong.
