• Just terrible. Dont return calls or emails. You just get ignored. The online tracker is not updated, you are constantly wondering whats going on. Please do not use, unless you are happy for your sale to take many, many months and you like being treated like an idiot.

• Simply dreadful. Poor communication. They do not give a damn about the customer. They may appear cheap but it just aint worth the hassle. They managed to drag my sale out for months and months with no reasonable explanation. Use another conveyancer, as these guys are awful.

• These guys are terrible. The solicitor does not return calls or emails 99% of the time, until post exchange when she did. The assistants are meant to be taking queries on for the solicitor but they do not have much knowledge and generally seem to lie a lot. We constantly had to tell them what to do and chase them. They would sit on information for ages and not do anything about things they receive from the other solicitors involved. They also charged me extra as the buyer of my property was doing his own conveyancing, I did not know about this charge until I got the statement just before exchange of contracts. At this point I was so frustrated with the whole experience that I couldn't be bothered to fight it. They took way too long to get this complete, do not use these guys unless you want a nightmare.
