• Terrible service, forgot my consultation appointment of which had been booked since February along with deposit and then following the consultation after asking general queries about the options open to me, thought I'd challenged their expertise and cancelled my appointment. They also advertised my appointment spot before even speaking to me or returning my deposit over general queries on amount of hair to go for. They had obviously forgot my appointment of which had been booked in for several months and were thinking of ways to get out of it. Very difficult to deal with and accused me of bullying them. I am baffled as to why they would think that as I have been nothing but polite. I have no questions about their quality of hair and application just that their customer service (of which there is none) is appalling. A final mention is that this was all booked in for my wedding and now they have left me without any appointment 4 weeks before the day after it has been booked in all year. Not very nice people or business to deal with.
