• Customer service is really bad! They let you wait even though they do nothing. They cannot do anything except the minimum. Many times I went there with a bit more complicated issues and they acted quite disturbed and made me feel that they make me a favour to help me even though it's their job. They are not polite at all. I'm thinking to change bank. Awful, midiocres, incapable employes.
