• If you leave your property & want to get your bond payment back beware, they'll put every barrier up to delay paying the money back. The official line is that the bond is returnable within 30 working days!! WHEN & not if, the said money is not returned after the specified time, the communication between yourselves & Harbour Properties gets interesting, ranging between " the Property Manager for that property isn't in the office today", through "computer problems restricting access", to the most recent " Mr Robinson (how generic is that?), the guy that deals with financial access is ill & they don't know when he'll be back at work". Avoid this tinpot company like the plague!!!!!

• Same rubbish service. Im having to constantly chase rent payments and certainly not getting service you pay for. Wont be recomending them to anyone

• If you are thinking of letting a property with this business....don't! We have a small rental place in Goldthorpe that they have been 'managing' for over a year now. The tenants pay on time but Harbour Properties seem incapable of then passing on these funds. It is now August (2013) and they have paid us just twice this year ! When you do ring them up to complain there are always 101 excuses about staff being on holiday/sick/day off etc. Totally unprofessional, zero customer service and borderline incompetent.

• Unprofessional, very disappointed with attitude .They do not give anything like the service promised.Will be removing my property from their books and won't recomend them in the future to friends.

• Avoid at all costs, never receive rent on time, when you try and chase it up they say the person dealing with it is not in, still waiting on Decembers rent in April even though I know the tenant has paid
