• My husband and I visited the Hardwicke Arms Hotel and was very disappointed with the roast dinner that we had - the roast potatoes were like rocks as though they had been cooked many times and the veg was very thin on the ground. I ordered a liquer coffee and unfortunately did not ask how much it would be so ended up paying £5.75 and £2.75 for a latte. The manageress found it difficult to find an explanation for the price and was quite disinterested and unhelpful. We will not be returning as there are many places where you can have a nice meal and good customer service.
