• At £4.60, this must be the most expensive swim outside of London. I've swam at beautiful, ornate pools in the centre of Edinburgh for less. Also, the practice of having one shower section for both sexes does not work - older women in particular often feel uncomfortable showering in mixed company and, from my point of view, you can't have a proper shower if you have to keep your swimming shorts on.
