• Place is absolutely rotten. If the next nearest post office wasn't so far away i'd never step foot in here again. I actually find myself holding my breath before entering. The people who run it seem nice but they seriously need to clean their act up as well as the store!

• This place is a dump And hasn't been cleaned in decades,no exaggeration.There are always long queues and the staff never smile.It is disgusting and the management have no shame allowing the place to resemble a pig sty

• The store has never been dirty and smelly and the food is handpicked before sunrise in wholesale market to be the best quality, fresh each morning. Margins are very small with most food beating Asda in pricing. The family that run it are kind sweet people who have been in the papers for raising tremendous amounts of money for charity. Hassan and his brothers are always friendly and entertaining if you need a chat - many regulars stay for 15 minutes or more talking. That said, the front of the shop is undergoing work at the moment, so is temporarily a mess.

• Found my experience very pleasant. Staff were very informative and was not found waiting in the queue long at all. The shop was very nice, offering great value for money and was one of the only places around offering fresh fruit and veg...recommended

• Dirty, smelly store, connected to food store, lots of flys in the summer, smells of rotten fruit. Behind the counter is unorganised and messy.
