• Just had a very unpleasant encounter with Controller in Hatch End office. Despite booking and paying CASH IN ADVANCE for weekend bookings, they managed to mess up and charge cash AGAIN for one of the journey's. Attempted to get an explanation but was shoute at and told I had no BRAIN! Most unpleasant experience and will not use them again

• Rubbish, turn up late, and then charge you waiting time... then laugh at you when you question the fare,,, well done regular customer goes elsewhere
