• I would advise everyone who thinks of going to this salon to think twice. I had my hair destroyed by bleaching it for too long. When I went back instead of apologies I was ridiculed. The guy there was incredibly rude and patronizing. I left the place crying. The worst experience ever at the hairdresser for me.

• Phoned manager to ask what I can do about hair as not happy after a Brazilian blowdry. He was rude and accusatory that I was lying which is v unprofessional. I'm out of pocket by £71 but I won't be returning. Keep your ££ or go else where. Should've been suspicious that they need to put deals on to sell their services.

• Can't complain about the quality of my cut (been going a while) but wifey not impressed. Watch what you say in the salon "walls have ears" had an un pleasant experience where the owner instructed or suggested the stylist doing my wife's hair to enquire about my background and career !! Which was brought up next time I visited the establishment.watch out ! Loose tongues can be used against you!

• I received a terrible haircut here... staff were rude to me; I didn't like the salon and there are far nicer ones in Cotteridge.

• Not a great looking place to go into - cheap bar-stalls to sit on, naff ceiling tiles, and to be honest, not great staff. Rough around the edges, and soggy in the middle is the perfect description. My advice if you do decide to go: don't trust the prices on their website, as they will find any reason to add additional 'extras' to your bill. Besides £35 for a ladies cut and blow-dry - they charge that in the City Centre in far nice establishments (that also offer you a drink!) I also booked in to see one of their hairdressers, that I had chosen off their website because of her specialities with thick hair and Brazilian blow-dry's - this was completely ignored. A friend of mine who also visited this salon commented on the same! What's the point in offering that service, if you do not get what you asked for? All in all the cut I received was ok - but nothing special; and to be honest, I've received better cuts from SuperCuts for half the price. I'll not be returning - and will definitely not be recommending.

• First visit to salon today ( had a voucher ) thought it might be a bit of a risk but I took a chance. Katie cut and highlighted my hair. What a fantastic result, really pleased. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Lovely coffee too! Xx
