• What a wonderful salon. My colour was beautiful and although the colour specialist initialy did my consultation he was unable to do the colours as he was busy with other appointments. At first I was nervous about being with another stylist that I have never meet but she made me feel at ease and checked with Darren about what we had spoken about. Shampooing was amazing I did not have a treatment but the young girl did ask if I wanted one. Reception was helpful with book a next appointment. Would recommend :)

• Going to this hairdressers was the worst experience! No hello, just told where to sit. No smile or friendly nod. I had the misfortune to be seen by a girl called Becky... I was there for a consultation for a perm. She cut some hair from the top of my head and went to the back of the salon where she and another girl laughed. She came back, told me my hair was too dry and walked off. My 'consultation' was over! This is not a hairdresser to recommend, unless you like rudeness, dirty looks and bad customer service.
