• After 2 years of being lied to and false promises we gave up trying to get the job finished. We employed mark to do a substantial amount of work and yet it always seemed he was just fitting us in around many other jobs. There was a lack of care for our property and the works carried out are poor quality (confirmed afterwards by somebody else in the trade). Having Mark carry out this work cause distress to our home and neighbours, he damaged their homes aswell as our own. Eg's of bad works include : Rear step not same colour as the rest and sloping. Puddles on patio. Front step has been patched repeatedly and never sealed. Sealant has not been done correctly and has bubbled. Cracks already forming in the slab in multiple places. Lights that he suggested to have he has never got working and has in fact damaged the lights so cannot use them. Areas where imprinting was not done. Patched up render to the walls. Damage to property. This list continues but unable to list all
