• We go to Hodgsons every Friday. Lightly Battered chips, amazing every time. The chips are also amazing. I dont know how they do it,but these are the BEST fish and Chips i have EVER had anywhere in the UK. I honestly cannot see how anyone could cook better. Tip, you must eat them immediately, dont let them steam...

• Tina Turner, eat your heart out! Hodgsons is simply the best! Wherever we travel in the UK, we try out the local fish and chip shops. We have not found any yet to come even close to Nigel and Linda's best. Until you've tried Hodgsons, you cannot say you have lived. What are you waiting for? Just do it!
