• Terrible! Don't waste your time or money. Ordered food at 18.34pm, an hour later my partner went to the loo and saw our food sat under the heat lamp, 20 mins later my dad went to the loo. Food was still there (yuck). Asked when it will be ready to be told 5-10 minutes. 20.30pm we asked for a refund and left. Shame as the only thing my SEN lad wanted was a carvery with family & friends for his birthday. Young waiters were fantastic & very apologetic, the manger was rude and couldn't get us out quick enough. Not only did we have 2 SEN children, the other children where bored & hungry. We also had a diabetic with us.
