• Awful,bad, asked if the chef was a builder by trade and if not then I suggested he became one. The chips were reheated, the burger so over cooked it was solid, rare steak was charcoal. Would highly reccomend you walk further down the street where you can get much better food.Spent over £50 on a family meal and although we complained and returned most of the food nothing was offered to replace or compensate. Would give this place 0 stars if it would let me

• disgusted no chicken,ribs or gammon, on Monday 3rd august,13:10,peak weeks,bar woman even laughed about it, absolutely disgusted.

• Awful food microwaved the lot of it undercooked burgers n ribs avoid at all costs

• We visited here on Sunday 9th March 2014. was not a pleasant experience and complete rip off. First off, they have a board outside that clearly states 2 meals for £12 and A Pie and a Pint for £7.95. However, after we had ordered our drinks we asked for meals from this board then to be told we couldn't order them, they were no longer on offer. so we re-looked at the menu. I went back to the bar man order and he said to me'"i turned a blind eye to the board outside its not there" and laughed in my face! I replied," I don't think it's funny, to false advertise and can I speak to the manager, are you the manager?" He replied," NO, I've only been working here two days and the Manager is in the kitchen cooking cos we're short staffed, she's busy" As we were hungry we proceeded to order pay and waited for our meals. When they came The Rustler Burger had a strand of fried onion on it and no onion rings as advertised. The Liver and onions came with chips and not mash potatoes as stated. The portion sizes were small, so value for money we rated this a one and a zero for customer service and manners. Do not go here however hungry you are.
