• Our favourite place for brunch, plenty of choice but the poached eggs on toast are the best. Great food, great views ...perfect!

• Almost certainly the b e s t food spot in Eastbourne; well worth the walk to Holywell Tea Chalet; Richard, Rosie, Tom and staff are welcoming and friendly and the freshly made scones, savoury and sweet are yum, ditto tea-cakes and the jacket potato with chilli is equally good; great venue, great views - just great all round!
