• Even if they offer you the nicest property at the best price, don’t use them. It is near impossible to get your deposit back. They take weeks to do a recheck of the inventory. The recheck then goes into ridiculous detail, e.g. left a toilet roll or hairpin or small dust patch. It is my strong suspicion that they get a portion of the deposit if they don’t pay it back to you I have rented for a long time, and this is the first time a rental agent has gone to these lengths to keep the deposit. The photo quality and layout are very different between move in and move out inventory. Move in photos are taken from a distance with no detail. Photos at move out are close up focusing on every single flaw in the house. They would take the original inventory and make sure that the spots they didn’t photograph when you moved in but had flaws are now magnified in the recheck, including the ones that were so obvious you thought no one would ever try and pin them on you

• Worst experience ever. The agency will take away your money in whatever way the can. Worst staff which constantly contradicts each other.
