• Just a little heads up on anyone planning on visiting any homesearch properties that are currently occupied. Arrived at a property today with a view to renting. I was shown round (of a sort) by the current tenant with no letting agent present. To say the property was disgusting would be an understatement it should of come with a health warning! On phoning the lettings agency i was just told *we will get on to it asap*, *we haven't had time to come and inspect this property * (It had been advertised for over a month). No form of apology at all if anything a little annoyed with the fact that i had phoned! Don't waste your time.
