• I had an appointment for 11a.m. Saturday. Iturned up 10 mins early, was given a cup of tea and sat down to wait for hairdresser. She never acknolwedged I was there and was doing another lady at the time. By 11.20 I got up and went out, asking the assistant to take the cape off me. I would have thought my hairdresser would have rung me up and apologised and booked me in for another appointment. No such thing - so they've lost another client.
