• Again, same as above. Didn't do anything whilst we were there, didn't clean the house before we moved, avoided any real work and then tried to take our deposit. Avoid as a Landlord and Tenant.

• Sadly I have to agree with the comment above. They do not bother to follow issues up, meaning repeated phone calls to different members of staff are required to get anything done. It feels like nothing is ever taken seriously, and there is no urgency. The property we rented had major issues and we couldn't wait to leave in the end. I can honestly say I would never deal with them again, if you are considering taking on a property with them do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

• Tried to scam us with inventory, didn't do any of the work they promised and then tried to keep our deposit. Avoid!
