• What horrible manners on the ginger / red haired girl who works at i2i! She actually made fun of me for having bad eyesight after reading the opticians notes! (She was wearing glasses herself I might add!) the optician himself (Connor) is very friendly but outside of my eye test the staff are awful people! I don't care if she was joking, this was downright rude to make fun of a customer when they are coming to an opticians to try and improve their eyesight!

• The place is ok, I come here because I like Prada glasses and they have a decent range of them but otherwise I wouldn't normally spend my money here, the guy who is the manager has no people skills, very annoying too, seems to hang over other staff whenever they've been dealing with me

• Staff talk about other customers in the most awful way, honestly just very disrespectful and unnecessary to do so when customers are in the shop and can hear them! Girls are just young and rude and don't care about customers! I hope their manager knows how badly they treat their customers!

• Too expensive, ridiculously over priced! Go to Optical Express everyone! You can get the same brands cheaper! I2i - just a rip off!

• The prices are quite a bit more than other opticians, selection is good, staff seem very unorganised, they told me they couldn't find my record!

• Staff are so lazy! One guy was playing around on an iPad completely ignoring me whilst an older woman in her 40s was eating on the shop floor and a younger girl was filing her nails!! Seem like they get paid for nothing! Avoid this place!
