Ian Ballington replaced my roof, FIX new valleys, facias, and gutters in August 2013.
In September 2013 one of the valleys has slipped 6" down the roof and the rain is pouring into one of my rooms.
I have asked him to repair it and his reply is "You were the awkward one, I am not doing anything for you". My only complaint at the time was that some of the facias were not fitted properly and one gutter end cap had not been fitted. When I complained he was obusive, but later phoned to appologise and gave me a discount to compensate.
As a result, I cannot recommend him to anyone.Rating history and distribution
