• Started by going to the refund section. It's like s doctors waiting room, you take a ticket and wait, there's approximately 8/10 tills but not one person on the tills!!! Eventually they started coming out the woodwork, they all looked about 12 hence the terrible service. Was handed my card and receipt without a thank you. Went around the store, good selection of goods plenty of stock. The person on the till was very polite perhaps she needs to work in customer services refund department
