• Poor service and poor workmanship. Asked them to arrive after 0915 as I had a meeting; they turned up at 0850. No gloves worn to install blinds despite them being issued them so finger marks all over my £2000 blinds. Old holes not filled in on the walls so looks poor. When the guy came back to fill them he did is embarrassingly poor. Didn't hoover up after drilling. Given old remote which didn't work properly. Charger in a crumpled tatty box. Invoice with my personal details left on the street. Brian even said the service had been poor but no compensation given. Brian the owner told me that the holes should have been filled. Brian also told me the service had been sub-standard and wasn't acceptable yet he didn't want to offer any compensation. Guess money means more to him than keeping his standards high and his customers satisfied. Avoid this company at all costs. never ever ever use them.
