• No doubt about it. Our loft is much warmer and heating bills down...HOWEVER. we have sufferred from cracked tiles ever since. We have sought advice from roofers snd builders who have all said we shouldnt have had the loft foamed and the only way to replace the tiles is to chip all the foam off to replace the tiles and allow movement as the foam has held yhe tiles too rigid snd not let them move with the wood of the roof...we are devastated and furious and over 3.5k down the drain!
