• JPH autos sold me a car for £6500 which lasted 8 weeks before the timeing went they took the car to smiths garage who had the cat for six weeks and when the repair was done would not release it back to me until I paid for the repair. I rang JPH and spoke to the lee and then the owner John who in the end told me they would not pay and I to take him to court . So they sold me the car with a warranty that's worthless when the car broke down they took it to a garage of there choice miles from me smiths garage in sheldon and I had to pay for it to add insult to injury the car now has a bad oil leak and both JPH and smiths will not help. AVOID this company don't let them take your money

• AVOID!!! I can't state this too much. Please spend your hard earned cash somewhere else. Rogue Traders, here is your next victim! The boss (I will not name) at their Solihull branch is vile, rude and horrendous. The typical used car salesman. Customer service isn't in their vocabulary. Utterly disgusting.  The purchasing process of the car wasn't exactly the most smooth and pleasant experience. They have covered up several problems of the car and included a warranty that they simply won't abide too. I sent an email listing the recent problem in a very nice manner. I was treated to a nasty phone call late on a Sunday night by their manager arguing that I had disturbed him on a Sunday night and that it was my fault. Funny as it was him that called and disturbed me! They do not email so this can not be recorded. I am genuinely shocked how these uneducated people can talk to me like that. They have tried to get out of paying for work under warranty with countless lies and excuses. Please Avoid!!!
