• I've been buying cars from jack-fords for years First car ex police vauxhall cavalier Than a corsa ex police Than Nissan almera, bmw e46,vectra ex mod,Audi a2 ex lease,golf gt diesel ex company ,Audi a4 ex lease Nissan ex trail ex company vauxhal signum ex company,mini cooper(yellow) Mercedes c220 ex company bmw 1 series and more recently a bmw 330 ci convertable andthe list will continue !! Never had any problem what so ever in the years I have purchased cars from Gavin

• I recently bought an Audi A3 for my wife. We are a long way from Jack Ford but the service and help was unquestionable. Even to the point of picking me up from the station when I came to collect the car. We had an issue with a faulty fuel pump just over a week into owning the car and Jack Ford go it sorted without me really having to be involved and we were back on the road within a few days. Great pre-sales and post sales service. I would recommend them

• Bought a 10 year old 3 series BMW a year ago with average miles and was told before I went had "full service history" on the phone when I went to see it I thought a couple of gaps in mileage seemed to much (but I am no expert) I was told then the service history was "very good". It had just passed a MOT by them one week before and they had serviced it and stamped the book. I had traveled far to get it. When I got home it was clear there was a oil leak and the handbrake would not hold at all even on pretty flat surface. They agreed to pay for me to get car fixed locally. Was told by local garage there was no way the handbrake would pass a MOT rear discs and pads were completely worn. I got them to check the car over to make sure it was generally safe and they said yes. I have had two other oil leaks over the last year and the rear tailpipe fell off after two months. I took the car recently to get serviced at BMW and was told the last service should of been a inspection 2 (big service) not just an oil change which had been done. Over the last year the car has cost just under £2,000 on servicing and repairs. The car has not needed big items replaced but more like it has not been serviced correctly. This purchase has been a nightmare and will need to keep the car a couple of years to try and offset the costs.

• I have bought 6 cars from Jack Ford over the last 12 years or so. Every car I have bought has been great value, reliable and I nalways get a good price when I trade it in for the next car. Gavin and the boys are very helpful, provide brilliant after sales service and are a great laugh! In addition to my main cars I have also bought 3 cheaper second cars, all under £1,500. Even these have proved great value for money. I can not understand some of the previous comments. The body shop next door is nothing to do with Jack Ford so the contributor is relying on hearsay from 'the trade' - in other words, competitors. I would not go anywhere else for my cars and would recommend Jack Ford Motors without any reservation whatsoever.

• I have had a number of cars over the years from these guys, most recently in July this year, their prices are very competetive, they are good deal with when your buying, and their after sales is better then any main dealer I have ever used, they are very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

• Bought two cars of them now in 3 years and always been fair. Absolutley no arguments with their approach, Good cars great prices and no hassle! Iv been back yearly for servicing and repairs and will continue to do so.

• I have bought a car from Jack Fords this week, I am so happy with the friendly staff, quality cars they has on offer, the price, and most of all how helpful the staff were and the after care service was fantastic, me & my family are so happy with the customer service & the car that we have bought. I went to Jack Fords as my brother has bought 2 cars off them, and never had any problems & the cars were really nice cars, and he told me to try going as he said it was a fantastic garage. I have bought a few cars over the last few years but by far this garage & customer service was by far the best. I will continue to tell all my family & friends about the staff & cars at this garage, Jack Ford staff keep up the excellent customer service & we like it how we feel like a valued customer. Thanks again, I will see you next time i need to change my car. Well Done Lads!!!!

• I know jack ford motors really well, and they certainly don't sell accident damaged cars, and there isn't a body shop next door either.... Top guys to deal with. Ive bought over 10 cars from them and have never been disappointed yet!

• Avoid, avoid, avoid. Unless you want to buy a car that might have more history than you'll be told about. They have their own bodyshop next door specialising in repairing accident damaged vehicles...

• Never again. I bought an Audi A6 from them and have nothing but bother with it in the three years I had it. Turns out it was an accident recovery bodged up to look good in their workshop, speaking to people in the trade recently this is what this garage specialises in.
