• Disgusting customer service. Order was incomplete, and when we called we were asked to wait another half hour. Yeah ok, we'll have half our dinner just now and the rest later. But we couldn't get her to understand this, and asked for a full refund. She said she couldn't as there was nothing wrong with the food, which we agreed, then she started raising her voice and said we weren't getting a refund. Appalling way to treat customers, but a sure definite way to lose customers!!
