• Want to support local business, not high st jewellers as we are in a recession. Visit before christmas, quoted �20 for jewellery repair but told to come back in new year, come back January, price now �30 for the same job. Told to bring in for Friday collection, week to do the work, return next friday. Drop jewellery in on thursday, told I was too late, as collection was thursday that week, so it will be a fortnight - not good, very rude about it like its my fault. Have to phone after a fortnight to see if jewellery is ready - told that she cant see down the telephone! How rude can you get! Have to go in and collect yet without looking up she knows which jewellery item it is - yet she cant see down the telephone!. Repair amateur at best, but accepted as I want jewellery back away from this rude and ignorant service. Will NEVER use or recommend this service, disgraceful.
