• Poor quality nails and rude staff

• I rang & made an appointment early that day, I turned up a little early and walked in, politely said 'hi I'm a little bit early for my full set'. I got the filthiest look from all three staff 'working' that we're all sitting down playing on their phones/iPads on the pedicure chairs, I was then told to 'sit over there'. Three of my fingers were cut whilst being buffed, 2 nails were wonky, some longer then the other. My nail technician kept sighing and seemed to want me out pretty quick and couldn't be bothered. I could tell this as she kept saying 'You still want design? No need'. I wanted a design which most salons can perform and have done perfectly, they didn't look anything like what I had shown her and was charged an extra £3 for a tiny white blob on each nail. Disgusting, rude & very rushed service. Not happy at all with how I was treated and will not be returning. Wouldn't even go back in to ask them to fix or re-paint my nails. I do not recommend this Nail Salon to anyone, they are very rude and want you in and out for a lot of money (for what it's worth). Please avoid!
