• Hanged terms and conditions 3 times and have proof that if I was not happy with the last change I would receive a full refund if I cancelled. I decided to cancel. This was in December 2016 and I am still waiting for any money back. If you do not want your special day to be ruined I would advise to go elsewhere!!

• Catalogue of errors. Got the date wrong and didn't turn up, unable to fulfill date they had and no full refund. It would be zero stars if I could post that.

• Does not pay his dj's who cover for him but takes customers money. Do not use this company and if you do Do not pay upfront.very very poor service and untrustworthy

• Had a fabulous wedding thanks to Jls had the £1000 package everything set up for when we got there. buffet was great & the dj played everything we asked for on request deffos be havin them again

• This companies ambitions vastly out weigh its abilities to even host a party, let alone finish one

• Booked this company for a birthday party.Paid £400 upfront for a 'party package' including disco/karaoke,hot and cold buffet for 100 people,room decorations. On the night,he did not turn up,there was no food for guests,no decorations,no karaoke.since that time(December 2014),we have received any refund,any apology.I would advise anyone thinking about it NOT to book JLS Entertainment.As far as I am concerned,he has behaved in a totally unprofessional manner and I would csution anyone even considering booking him to think very carefully before handing over any money to this man. If there was an option to give a zero star rating for the services he provided us then that is the one I would choose however,1is the liwest I can go.
