• Worst service I have ever seen in a restaurant. On Sat 3rd August we had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes to get a starter. When complaining about length of wait we were told that it was not their fault as everyone came in together!!!! The truth is that there were only 2 other tables occupied when we arrived. No apology for delay offered and we were made to feel like we were being a nuisance to the staff for even asking. I would not give this restaurant one star but I can't leave a review without adding one. It needs a lot more organisation and customer appreciation, after all they weren't doing us a favour, we were paying!!

• i had a meal last week and....it was the nicest indian i have had,and iv eaten a lot of indian food! the taste was amazing,staff wer great and could not do enough for you!! would recomend it to any 1!

• Tamarind Restaurant A 470 is very good indeed.Service is excellent... Dishes are well prepared and very tasty..their King prawn biryane and their passander is espcially good and probably the best i've had from anywhere...highly recommeded to friend and family.

• Hi my name is andrew...i had a dish called maharajah bhuna it was amazing, and the staff are very friendly. I will recommened to my friend to go to tamarind in a470.

• i have visited the tamarind restaurant in A470 trunk road the food was excellent,i loved the food and the service was excellent,the staff are very friendly. i will recomment to my friend and family to visit tamarind.

• Have visited this restaurant many times since it opened, but tonights "Valentine Special" meal was probably the worst meal I have EVER had, anywhere, Cold Salmon, Raw Lamb, Sauce and Chutney like water.... suffice to say I will not be returning again. Oh dear.. what has happened. I have given 1 star rating, because it won't accept my comment if I try to give zero stars!!
