• Steer clear, my car broke down 2 days after I had it, as well as other problems that were not sorted. After asking for a refund I saw the bullying side saying I had no choice but to accept. No excuses you have been warned

• Awful place! Bully boy tactics. I tried to buy a car from them today (Tim & Jamie), I saw the car advertised & booked an appt beforehand. They sat me down and took all my details, then refused to let me test drive the car until I had agreed to buy & agreed a price! Who agrees to that, before they have test driven? They said they didn't want to embarrass me, but they have lots of people coming in to test drive cars they can't afford. I am a company director & a very serious buyer. Who do they think they are? Avoid like the plague!

• I am so disappointed with the purchase. I bought a z4 after a lot of pursuasion from the sales advisor. This seemingly went fine, but problems developed when it transpired my finance on my part x'd car wasn't settled. For over 3 months I had to pay 3 months worth of finance on 2 cars whilst junction 17 failed to sort out their cock up. The finance manager promised me call backs time and time again which I never received. Poor, poor customer service. I feel like I've been completely exploited due to my age and gendre.

• We bought a Porsche from this dealer, the problems began with a fault on the car within a week which they agreed to repair. It is now 3 months gone and still no repair!! They don't call you back EVER. This garage like to take your money and fob you off afterwards. I would never recommend anyone purchase from them.

• STAY CLEAR! Terrible Sales service - don't want to let you go on a test drive unless you are going to buy the car! How do you know before you drive it! Want to negotiate before you drive too! Stay Well Clear

• STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!! This 'crew' are a world apart from anyone I've ever bought from before. I booked a test drive and when I turned up was immediately ushered into the office to begin negotiation - before I'd even been the key to look inside the car?!?! Since buying the car, I've done nothing but regret it. In hindsight I would've HAPPILY spent more money and travelled further to find another car from another dealer to avoid this crew. I have no doubt whatsoever that the first reviews on this site are genuine. Needless to say, I'll be avoiding this place like the plague and advising anyone else I speak to do the same thing.

• I went there and they refused to allow me to test drive their car as I was undecided between an MX5 and a Honda S2000. They told me that they had many "boy-racers" coming in who wanted to play in their cars. I can understand that but I'm a 45 year old Doctor! After 45 minutes they still refused and said that I couldn't possible really want to be an MX5 as it "was a girl's car". Never had any sales experience like that. Have now bought a 2 year old MX5 elsewhere. They demand a sale on that day and so beware their sales tactics!!!!

• WORST DEALER EVER - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Bought a lovely car, great deal and friendly service. Car broke down after a month and three months later they are still haggling with me about the repair. They never call back and you have to constantly chase them. Wish I'd spent my money else where as this dealer has turned what should have been an exciting time into stressful nightmare

• Be careful with these guys, I bought a nice car from there. But my friend went the following weekend, put a deposit down. Then changed her mind and the sales guy soon changed his mind saying 'you've bought the car now' told the manager had to be involved. They even wanted a deposit just to test drive the bloody car! I think their sales tactics are more trap tactics!
