We booked a late night taxi this evening. We were advised to record the call, as friends had issues in the past. We booked at 1am for collection at 2.30am. Nobody turned up. When checking at 2.55am, the staff denied we had made a booking and told us that they would not be sending any driver to collect us. 4 other parties tried booking the same company later in the evening and were told that they would not collect them when they heard the same address. Stuck in a village with no accommodation, totally rude staff, no assistance whatsoever. Thanks a lot!Rating history and distribution
