• Used them to get me from Handsworth to a venue in Erdington. I asked the driver if they would pick me up and he said fine just give us a call. When I called the operator was extremely rude and said no cars then slammed the phone down on me. Will never use them again. He needs to learn some customer service skills. RUDE

• disgusting service and the operator has no manners and respect, I'm surprised anyone still uses them they need to either hire better employees or train the ones they have, I am very upset with their service as my brother could have been left stranded, they are a waste of time if you are in desperate need let me tell you that.
