• Visited KFC in st George's retail park 9/11/13 took my 2.5 year old son to the toilet & was discusted with cleanliness then went to the disabled toilet to find even worst, absolutely discusting will not be going there again!!

• 22 mins in drive through from ordering to receiving meal. only 2 cars in front and only 1 table occupied so hardly busy. no explanation or apology. will boycott this store

• Last week, placed my order using the drive through. On arrival home in Great Glen, discovered one meal missing. Tonight, went INTO store to place my order. One zinger burger meal, one two piece variety meal, one lunch box, 4 hot shots. I was handed a krushem and carrier bag, and asked the server who DIDN'T make up the meal, if that was the completed order - apart from a coke. She said that was everything. Got home to find my two piece variety meal was 2 pieces of original, NO fries, hot wings or fillet I rang to tell them they'd given an incomplete order and I wouldn't be able to return to the city tonight - it would be tomorrow before I could return. Their solution? Return everything tomorrow and they'd refund mu £15. odds! Gross incompetence compounded by grossly idiotic solution!

• Partly to blame for not checking my order before leaving but was missing a snack box and two pieces of corn. Tried to ring the number repeatedly but no answer.
