• Called there sat evening . For a 6 piece bucket, charged me £10 .49 with 2 pcs of the chicken seen more meat on a dried up frog. An all pats of cold skinny chips. Fast food ?... fast way to rip you off. I say. Told the girl you won't see me no more.

• This kfc is shocking food is always luke warm . You get about 12 chips in a bag and after 9.30 you can only get what's left over this is definitely the worst kfc in mid Glamorgan

• Ok, firstly the till crashes, then there's no diet pepsi to take away, then I upgrade to 8 hot wings and when I get home there's no wings there?? and to top it all they don't answer their phone so that I can sort it out................avoid like the plague I say.

• I go to this KFC on a Friday at 9.30 & ask for a hot chocolate & the machine is switched off. The restaurant is suppose to be open until 11.00pm so I don't understand why the machine is off so early. I've worked in restaurants & we would not switch anything off until the restaurant is closed. Very disappointed

• This KFC is one to miss.Iwas a regular to this restaurant ... at least once a week....but the standard of service and the food quality drove me from there.I still love eating KFC BUT NOT HERE If you look on Facebook there are a lot (and I mean a lot)of people commenting on how poor this restaurant is.

• had a 10pc bucket , but once again when i got home there was only 8 pices in it , phoned to say and that all they could say to me was for me to drive back and get a new bucket (but had to take the other one back ) , my petrol and i dont even get offered a refund or some thing extra with the meal , so not very happy
