• Just been here Friday night 6oclock no beans left! Chips were cold and not very good service. Will not be going again.

• Will never visit again. Food thrown into bin as it was disgusting, fries not cooked and were covered in fat.chicken tasteless, gravy full of lumps. I suppose we should of checked order before we got home.

• My husband has just got home from getting a kfc double bucket to find that we are missing the popcorn chicken (which was ment for my 2yr old daughter) not impressed at all, as i wouldnt waste my petrol driving back down there to get it. Staff need to start paying attention and checking orders properly.

• They always get your order wrong, then ask you to come back and return it, but when you've driven to the takeaway, you certainly don't want to go out again. This is the third time they have forgotten a item. Not happy, and a full order should be replaced, not just the items missing.

• I have just returned home , 5 minutes drive and found the two meals i purchased for my wife and i were cold . warmed them up in microwave ,most of the meal ended up in the bin , absolutely tasteless.There are 3 kfc outlets near to were i live ,walton ,litherland and Aintree...to be honest all as bad as each other....wont be going back...lucky to get 1 star

• Food is terrible gone worse the last few years. Staff are usually fast but I have waited over ten mins for food. Stopped going that one now.

• i have just been to kfc drive thru and got 2 big daddy meals and a fully loaded meal i had my baby boy in the back of the car i got home to enjoy my meal and all of them where cold that cold the cheese had not melted on them and they where so dry chips were the same and one of the pots of beans were crusty like they had been thrown in mirowave for too long i rang kfc and asked for a refund they offered me free meals i told them my experience with that kfc had put me right off ever eating one again and asked for a refund the manager said we dont do refunds i then said well if i bought a item out of a clothes shop and it wasnt good enought id have a refund he then said if u bring meals back u can have a refund after id stated my child of 2 was in bed and he couldnt be left or put back in car as it was raining i am digusted in the way kfc have treated me as a customer i will never return vile food and vile customer service this experience was so NOT finger lickin GOOD

• I can honestly say, I've been to McDonalds and received the incorrect order than I have with KFC. KFC in Aintree, Ormskirk Road, is one of hte best to go in Liverpool. It's clean, and the staff are usually quite fast with serving the right order to you ,the only time you have to park up is if you order something that isn't ready, but if it's cooked and you order, by the time you have payed, card or money, they are handing you the food. Very clean, very tidy, very friendly, overall a genuinely good place to go eat. And on a quiet note, I'd much rather prefer to go here for KFC than go to McDonalds!!!

• I would never go back to here the staff are not nice at all and every time you go there they never get your order right and you have to go back and it costs you more in time and effort what happened to the customer care I think it went out of the window in here !!!!!.
