• Excellent customer service skills very polite gentlemen ray (I think) did well especially as it looked as if he was working alone no help from the white shirts as they were stood there like there on a social day out , and for once I got all my order so yipee and well done will be back 100%

• Went here on my lunch break for something different, was served by a chap who looked like he would much rather be anywhere else, gave my friend the wrong side then didn't understand when she asked again, very poor standards which is a shame

• Staff are nice and polite i always go in off-peak hours. They do need to re-locate as the car park isn't big enough.

• All I can say this KFC will be closed soon..totally rubbish customer service and no fast service..even the guy on the till forgot my order n start serving other customers..very disappointed...100% guaranteed by the end of 2013 sale will drop down 80% cz of their customer service.

• Supervisor was on the phone, chicken was so dark,chips were cold,no greetings from staff and was only one persdoing packing n serving customers. Even though supervisor didn't bother to put the phone down n help him, due to this it took him 20 mins to serve on customer. I ll tell abt this to my all community. Should check on supervisors.

• Shameful. They wouldn't even honour an ex servicemen discount card. All the staff are the typical mcdonalds rejects you expect at kfc these days

• They dont honour the Defence Discount scheme, i wouldn't eat there if you put a pistol to my head i have to put 1 star, as it wont allow me to vote 0 stars
