• There is justice in this world - drove through Congleton today and noticed the place was boarded up . It was thee worst KFC I've been too. Wrote to them personally to complain about service, got a load of who shot John . Really pleased they have gone under ! Would give no stars if I could

• Everytime i go to this branch there is an item missing from my order! Very very poor service. Sometimes have to wait 45 minutes before being served when busy. Chip portions are far too small. Chicken overcooked and dry. It's no wonder hardly anyone goes in here. Time to get better managment and workers who actually give a toss.

• Ordered 10 piece bucket paid by visa on 24/10/2012 only received 8 pieces tried to call phone rang out until timeout on three occasions somewhat disappointing experience

• ad customer service,staff dont smile.Food put together very poorly from my experiences.Looks unclean from the drive thru window.Its a shame as i really like kfc but looks like i will have to travel to the Northwich store in future!! ps doesnt let you post without putting stars.
