• absolutely terrible, bought a big daddy box meal, opened my burger box to find what resembled a pubic hair in my food. the Fanta didn't taste right either. shall be making a complaint to head office.

• I was served by brad who was excellent . The overall service by the crewe branch was very good . Food was great .

• I visited this kfc on 22nd of August and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the food after previous visits it not being up to scratch...the chicken was crispy how it should be and the gravy was lovely and thick not burnt like previous visits...However the only thing I would like to complain about is the tidyness of the store I was sat I my seat for a good 45 minutes and no one came out to clean up even though the store wasnt busy...tables were fithy and the floor was horrendus...so overall the best kfc ive had for a long time however need to keep the cleanliness up to scratch for full marks off me.

• Chicken was very nice and the overall appearance was mouthwatering. I can safely say that KFC Crewe on the 13TH March 2013 was the best I have ever had.

• they never get the order right and then try to say you got it wrong rather than them even though it says you orderd it on your receit
