• Just visited Yarm red KFC got home approx 4 miles away order not complete also receipt missing so no chance of getting 20% off next order very poor ,

• KFC darlington is hideous! Food is disgusting and staff are rude and unprofessional, screaming, swearing and have seen them drop food on floor. Any complaints are ignored and laughed at. Managers need retraining or firing.

• A lot of swearing and messing about behavior. Wasn't professional. Very disappointed. The worst KFC I've been to! The chicken was good. But I had a side order of gravy and it was the weakest gravy ever! It was like hot boiled water mixed into a tiny bit of gravy. With pepper on it. It was basically like a drink!! I can see why other customers have complained about the KFC in Darlington. There either needs to be some new management or it to be shut down!!

• i totally agree with the last chap that posted a comment but its been wiped out, i ordered alot of things half of them were missing, got small fries instead of large they offered me hotwings i said yes they charged me but i didnt get them, what a bunch of idiots, well worth giving this place a miss.
