• Was always better than KFC Fleetwood but not now! Bought food at 4.55 pm 14.12.2016, chicken was dry, gravy tasteless and tiny portions of poor quality chips. My wife's hot wings were tiny and also dry. Following morning we both had tummy upsets. Will never go again.

• I will never go again, food was stone cold and not even edible. Threw it away and had to my own food. A waste of my time and money. Staff we're rude, no customer service at all. Not like other KFC's I've been to. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even worth 1 star.

• Been to your shop for tea,the gravy was like water,it used be so thick and tasty.Dont know what you've done to it but not nice at all.

• Why did I go back? Left it alone due to going 3 times at end of last yer being told at 6.30 pm by a staff 'shout' to a crammed shop that there is no chicken ready for at least half an hour. Really? Teatime and no chicken? Last night was way past teatime for me so went in for 2 strip meals. Found after getting home, fries cold and unedible, both box meals were not crispy, just sweaty lumps of chicken missing most of 'crust' due to sweaty and old taste. It got binned as had been that late eating, had to eat soething out of the cupboard. No answer to phone call to tell them about it. If this is a franchise, it wants taking off them cos this is doing the KFC brand no good at all!!! Will be VERY desperate if I ever go back. Probably why pub next door is constantly packed, or they seve decent food? Who knows, but on this most recent failure, wouldnt be surprised if they are losing customers hand over fist. PS, wrote this next day and not even worth 1 star!!!
