• I went to kfc tonight and ordered 2 bargin buckets and a chicken popcorn got home to find out the chicken popcorn was Not in the bag so went back up there and spoke to the manager and told him about it so he looked on the computer and said he cant find the order I ordered would not give me the refund cos they didnt give me the receipt for my order even tho the guy who served me said he remembers me ordering them and still coundnt give me a refund was not happy.

• Going to take my children to this KFC this weekend with 10 of their friends has the place improved

• went here yesterday for lunch, the place was dirty, the person who served us could not speak or under stand UK language. The chips were cold, the chicken was warmish, the service was poor, the manager was swearing at one of his staff behind the counter, totally un-professional. We will never, never eat here again, not any-other KFC

• I was appalled when I went to KFC Tower Park as I was eating a snack box and found a mouldy chip. We complained to the manager and he shouted and said that it was the paint from the box, he even rubbed the box with his finger to show the paint comes off. For one the box colour shouldn't have rubbed onto the chips and the boxes are blue and not a mould green colour. They didn't offer a refund or replace the goods! Needless to say I will not be returning to KFC again!

• just been in towerpark kfc is was disgusting could not eat it chips were like rubber chicken was bloody have a good mind to go to enviromental health,will never go there again,i have to click 1 star has it dosent post if you give none but you dont deserve any waste of £12.00

• My husband & myself visited last night & was appalled at the dirty tables,there was not one clean one we could sit at. We had to go else where. We were not happy customers.
